Throughout this beginning of the class we were able to be in the presence of several important topics that are of valuable use to all of us and our future generations. My group played chapter 9 where together with everyone we were able to reveal a series of things that They are from a common debate on a day-to-day basis, so among all of us we were able to draw conclusions from that. The subject I am talking about is group communication, which is currently very difficult due to the use of telephones, which makes the subject quite difficult. beyond logically that it is about communicating in a group, this extends further, logically when we say communication we all think of speaking because it is the easiest action but there are also many more non-verbal communications that exist because for example when we speak instead of a group we do it with a person directly is called interpersonal communication. All this sounds very good because at that moment we feel comfortable but we must be clear that s f there is an excess of people we can fall into disorganization which usually occurs when they start to communicate at the same time. An important aspect is that as in life in a group of people we are not all the same and we think differently when it comes to expressing ourselves and not all of us are capable of understanding either in the environment in which we find ourselves. Good communication is always essential for the effectiveness of any group or organization. It is always beneficial for all groups of people because, honestly, if we feel good, everyone will be happy and things are going to turn out perfectly, on the other hand, poor communication is in many cases the most cited cause of conflicts between people because simply if you cannot understand someone and the communication does not flow, there is no communication worthwhile. My group finished the chapter that corresponded to us, or at least I came to the conclusion that communication is definitely important. Considering that this helps you to understand more about the communication that will always exist in a group, another important aspect that we must understand is that its operation and development depend on it because without effective communication it will almost always be impossible. being one hundred percent connected, therefore we will not be able to be connected to the maximum and the thread of this will be lost a bit. Teamwork makes it easier to meet objectives, increases motivation and favors skills of each one and all this has a connection since one without the other is nothing. Not for everyone, but for many people, a group meeting could even fix the day and be able to listen to the opinions of others and feel as identified as they are with us, too, because in these types of meetings there can always be a common theme that in many cases can be the sports, work, religion and politics and so ends my contribution and my learning of this chapter.

Regarding the other chapters that the other groups presented, it also offered topics of great interest, starting with chapter 3, which deals with intercultural communication, which is based on the exchange of different cultures with which we can exchange opinions and feel a little closer. to that person. When we talk to people with different cultures we are in the presence of new things. Cultural exchange is based on everything from how we dress to what we eat, which is why all cultures are different and if we decide to enter more fully we can even feel like a family when we are in a place surrounded by them. Culture provides a heterogeneous meaning to the language of each person and social group. One of the ways in which individuals are taught how to treat through language, gestures, clothing, and even how to use space. We must also understand the respect and gratitude that we must have towards cultures that are not our own. After that, it is vital to know where and when we are and thus not to look bad if we say something bad-sounding, not to fall down or in discussion with someone for pleasure, in short, intercultural communication is that which results from the interaction between speakers of different languages and cultures being these examples such as language, greeting, customs, food and other factors that make us different.

Finally, chapter 10 of the other group plunges us fully into the role played by the leader of a group in a personal conflict. It is said that to minimize the impact on personal relationships it is important that the leader explains his way of proceeding. An important detail in decision-making in a fight between 2 people is to maintain a high level of self-criticism so as not to come out badly in this fight. The leader of an organization must know how to diagnose a conflict, make a prognosis, take the pertinent measures until that the problem disappears. Many times it is believed that by being a leader you will always be in absolute power and many times they try to be in the middle of a situation and we do not agree with one or the other and what we come out of is more harmed and bad from that situation. Having a feeling of leadership is something that not all of us can deal with and therefore we are not prepared. The leader must be more than a simple playboy of the moment and anticipate what can what could happen or what could and handle the situation as best he or she can at that time. In summary, through these chapters including mine I was able to contribute to my group of knowledge a little more of things, try to understand things that I did not I understood before and well this was a great contribution to me because topics such as group conflicts, group communication were touched on and beyond this I took a feeling of satisfaction
